So I just received a email with an invite to sign up for the rentcafe just had to activate my account ,now I can pay through there which is great. Have you checked your email?

Also for people who have been in the building a while my account didn’t show my security deposit or first months rent, I contacted Ana and was told it takes 6-8 weeks to process into the system.
Is that normal?

Hey there,
Nothing on my end yet from rent cafe :/ As for your second question, Ana told me the same. She said that will take 6-8 weeks to process on your account.

Default lease up completion

Hey ya'll,
Random question. I'm wondering how close to lease up completions the complex is up to and if there are many vacancies left. Just curious.

Default Last question...

Been thinking about this and realized I never asked management. Are you able to move within the building once in? For example - if I wanted a 1 BR after living in the studio for a while, is that something feasible?

2nd floor is used for office space and not having a 13th floor labeled is normal in nyc.

Has anyone been able to sign up for the "24/7 Tenant Support Line" posted in the elevators recently?

I just tried calling the phone number on the flyer - 315-646-4078 - but I can't seem to get past the part where I enter in my apartment number.
