So weird... guess I'll wait to hear. Stressful. Thanks!
Your welcome
And same super stressful like to have my bills up to date and would love to be able to do it online through the portal but need the first statement before I can do that

So I just received a email with an invite to sign up for the rentcafe just had to activate my account ,now I can pay through there which is great. Have you checked your email?
Also for people who have been in the building a while my account didn’t show my security deposit or first months rent, I contacted Ana and was told it takes 6-8 weeks to process into the system.
Is that normal?

Hey there,
Nothing on my end yet from rent cafe :/ As for your second question, Ana told me the same. She said that will take 6-8 weeks to process on your account.
Been thinking about this and realized I never asked management. Are you able to move within the building once in? For example - if I wanted a 1 BR after living in the studio for a while, is that something feasible?
I was wondering the samething and was told they would mail it or just slip it under my door
Usually every first of the month they slip it in the door..It took a while for me as well...also when you get your first statement make your portal you will have all your rent receipts there including the security deposit you paid
Has anyone been able to sign up for the "24/7 Tenant Support Line" posted in the elevators recently?
I just tried calling the phone number on the flyer - 315-646-4078 - but I can't seem to get past the part where I enter in my apartment number.
