The management I was told but you can double ask to reconfirm also we are supposed to have access to the bike room . And that’s not available with along with Amazon hub lockers that’s not Available also .
So I can confirm parking is not available it’s a small parking lot and it’s for staff/management
For people already living in the building I saw on the lease “At least 80% of the floor area of each Apartment (other than the floor area of the kitchen and bathrooms) shall be covered with rugs and/or carpeting.”
Just wanted to see how many have actually done this ?

I have my bedrooms & Living room with Xlarge area rugs no carpeting..Bought 10 ft by 8 for each room & majority of the room is covered then got an 11X13 for the living room majority covered cost way cheaper then actually installing carpeting

The walls as are terrible! Paint chips so easily. My brother is a construction worker and said it’s like a primer they put. I was thinking of painting white over it.
They just installed a wifi unit in the ceiling of my apartment. I said I already have Verizon fios. They said they had to install it. There was a YOUNITY sign by the elevators touting wifi. I can't get any real information on the company online.
For my bike I think I'm going to mount it on the wall inside my apartment. I'll hire someone from Handy.com to install the hooks.
