How do I go about putting in for a transfer to another building
These ppl on my floor /side are so damn nasty aside from the roaches these DIRTY PEOPLE put a plate of food in front of an apartment door two doors from me and left a cup of soda on top of the mail boxes n the lobby I’m so over it they are dirty and I just got here n ready to go . Last thing we all need is mice .

sorry to hear that you're experiencing that on your floor. I've never seen a cup of soda over the mailboxes, was this the west building? If so, someone probably removed it before I checked my mail. The only people who can advise you on how to transfer, if that is even possible at all, would be the folks in the management office so your best bet is to contact them about your grievances and request. Maybe a complaint to the office and having the manager contact your neighbors might get them to straighten up their act. Good luck either way!
I Hope management is able to help you! It is so frustrating when people act as though they live in the building alone! On my floor Christmas night there was a huge fight. It was about 5 in the morning and it even woke me out my sleep, i was so pissed. Their kids was crying and the father was threatening to call the cops i guess on whoever was in the apartment. It was so loud and inconsiderate i couldn't believe it. It even sound like glass breaking at a point. I'm in the west building btw.
I received a paper for con Ed from the building saying I have to pay 204 but my lease started the 22nd so my question is am I responsible for this ?
no you're not responsible for that, it happened to me as well. Just make sure you call con ed so you can give them your move in date and they'll know what to bill you for.
