How did you get them to answer the phone? Whats your secret ? Lol. Been calling since last week AND sending emails and absolutely nothing in return. And THEY emailed me on Tuesday morning. Smh. Frustrated to say the least
I tried calling a couple of times today. I'm gonna keep trying a few times daily until, I get someone to pickup or they reach out to ask for updated documents as, it's been a few months since submission. I did send in the notarized Student affidavits yesterday, so I hope that triggers a reaction.

I believe that person was called from a previous Stuy Town lottery, not the 2021 one.
So, I had time this morning and, said I should give the office a call early. I forgot and missed the mark but, did call @ 11:00 and, actually got a Human being on the phone! The rep was extremely helpful and, gave me my Housing Specialist name and, number. He also said there were 2 bedrooms available and, the specialist would likely reach out to me soon. I'm not gonna jinx it and call the specialist today but, it is a great feeling to finally get someone and, have at least a contact name and number!

YAY !!!!! it will happen ! Now that you have the specialist name you should definitely get a response everytime you email.

I was told this too but, the specialist did say 2 bedrooms are available and, they are likely processing them in numerical order. Hopefully, this was just an end year delay and, they'll start ramping up speed now, that we are in the New Year.
