Did you get contacted recently? I actually just sent up the notarized versions of the Student affidavits today, to try to prompt them a bit. I think I'm in the same number field as you (14xx) so, maybe they'll start processing batches again.

I called them they said they are processing applicants before me

I'm also in that log number range! Haven't heard from them in a while but I'll keep trying to reach out. Keep me posted if you hear back! I'll post here as well if I ever get an answer
