"Bummed because even though salary is fine I exceed asset limit. "

You sure? Retirement accounts (401ks, IRAs, Roths) don't count towards the asset limit!

Yeah, I know. I have too much that isn’t in retirement accounts.

Aggressive breeds and dogs with a combined weight of over 50 pounds per apartment will not be allowed to register. All registered pets are subject to New York statutes and rules regarding multi-family dwelling dog ownership.

Oh yeah, I submitted docs. I've been placed on a waitlist and no further action is needed.
I applied for a 1 bedroom and my log number is 48xx. So I guess it's a waiting game now.

I received an email to submit my completed student affidavit last week. I originally submitted my documents back in late March and am not sure if they mean they want it notarized now or not. I thought that was just at lease signing. I've tried checking to confirm if they want it notarized now or not yet but haven't heard back. Anyone know? Thanks. Maybe I'll just go get it notarized tomorrow and send it in. I sent a copy in again that wasn't notarized.

Asset cap for this lottery is $250,000, and retirement accounts are usually not included in that.

How do you know you were placed on a waitlist? I submitted documents recently with log 46XX and did not hear back.

I am curious, do you know if 529 Educational Savings Plans are also not included?

I don’t know. Maybe the Marketing Handbook refers to 529s.
