6/17/22: sent partners documents too to be considered for a 2 bedroom.
6/21/22: asked for additional/missing documentation
6/21/22: provided requested documentation
6/22/22 (morning): requested one more doc (sent same day) and said application will go into final review after document is received
6/22/22 (late afternoon): our application has successfully been processed and should hear from leading agent soon.
Followed up about once a week asking for a timeline (timeline was never accurate but I just waited)
7/15/22: received offer
7/18/22: signed lease

Hope this helps!

Hi. Been a minute since I’ve checked on this forum. I see a lot of higher log numbers (4000+) are being contacted and in communication w the specialists. Any movement for those who were already put on the waitlist? The specialists won’t return my calls or emails at this point and just curious if they’ve just skipped over me (1 bed. Log # 34xx)

They’re currently only processing 2 beds due to inventory so you’ll probably hear once they start processing 1 beds again!

They don’t check income after the application is processed from what I read online

I am in the 7000s and got contacted Monday to submit paperwork, and when I called and spoke to someone about my initial questions the woman on the phone (didn't get her name) said that they were currently renovating a bunch of 1 bedroom units, with some supposed to be ready end of August. Supply chain issues have made them fall behind. So she said if I get approved, they would likely have to put me on a list until a 1 bedroom in my income bracket was available. So maybe there just hasn't been one in your bracket yet? Hope this helps a bit!

If you have time try to call several times. Eventually, someone will answer the phone and you will be able to talk to your specialist. It is better to call around 1030am/11am.

Applicants with higher log numbers are being contacted to submit paperwork even though there’s been minimal movement in processing 1beds. You will eventually be contacted to resubmit paperwork if they reach your log number and there are units available.

For reference:

I am Log 26XX, on the 1 bed hold list
2/6/22: received an email stating “ready to process your application”
2/10/22: submitted application
2/28/22: put on 1 bed hold list due unavailability of 1 beds, advised to reach back out in June for an update
7/6/22: received update - “150 applications are being processed weekly” they expect to get to my log number by September.. reach out again in august for another update. Earlier log numbers are still being processed.

Most recently, someone with log 16XX was offered a 1 bed. There’s still a long way to go to get to my and then your log number .. and whose to say if they even have enough 1 beds by the time they reach our log numbers.

It does seem like there are more 2 beds available vs. 1 beds, hence you may have noticed applicants with higher log numbers have been offered 2 beds.

thank you for the update that is so helpful. I am 31XX and have been waiting and waiting and finally got an email yesterday (after several voicemails and emails from my end) saying that they are not processing 1 beds rn due to inventory. Good to hear though about September. I check this forum every day but haven't seen much 1 bedroom info lately, and it's hard to sift through all the talk about moving companies and other unrelated stuff, so thank you for posting this update!!!
