Now not a soul answers the phone. I am going to keep trying.

I haven't heard anything today so far, hoping some offers go out this week.

When I was told by my specialist that I would get an offer in July- august. I figured it would be more around October, therefore I am not holding my breath but like you I would love to hear about offers at least close to my log #

I feel the same! I think when they trying to get the process going with the paperwork they just are super responsive because of the 10 days deadline but once you move to waiting for an offer, we just have to wait ….
It is just stressful when September is around the corner and some of us have young children but I guess we just have to be positive and thankful that we are in the process. I just wish we would have a more defined timeframe so we can plan accordingly.

I called this morning and Syed told me Ms. Pryce is working on my file and I should hear from her today or tomorrow. But he didn't say if I am going to get an offer. My log is log#34xx.

Hopefully you hear back from Ms Pryce with a good news. Our log as so close and since we have the same specialist, hopefully we are on the same batch of offer and that it comes soon.

Hi everyone. I got an offer today for a 2 bd / 2 bath in apartment 7B at 530 E. 23rd st. Can someone tell me if that's a good location?

For reference, log #6,4xx. I submitted docs back in early July and have called a couple times to ask for updates. Good luck everyone!

Sure, they offered $2,200, which is about 35% of my income. It's higher than what I'm paying now but will even out in the long run. I'm a little worried about proximity to FDR drive? I live in Brooklyn now.
