You can appeal!! Not sure what the process is but I’ve read that from multiple ppl
Yes I just submitted my appeal with my missing documents. What a stressful process. I hope they move on my application a bit faster now as I am getting antsy about remaining apartments and their floor plans.
Hi everyone! I just found this forum, wow! This is super helpful, great to see some of you are moving in! My log number is in the high 800s and I'm just waiting on a response from the 2nd document request. Its been about 3 weeks. Has anyone within the 800 log number been offered a unit yet?
I’ve always been wondering if there’s been an update for anyone & what’s the highest log # they’ve reached so far. impatient is an understatement

I think they are backed up and still working on the earlier logs? However, I believe Estee had a 900 log number and was offered a unit. Were you able to follow up with them?

Yes! In the mid 9XXs and I was offered a unit, did a tour, and signed all the documents. Officially moving in on July 23rd!
If there is a delay in hearing from them, I would suggest calling ResidentialCompliance directly. They are much more responsive through the phone than in email. It also depends on who your case manager is. Mine was pretty responsive and since my documents are pretty straightforward, I assume I was an easy case.
Also tip: if they are asking for notarized documents on current and prior employment, an employment verification letter from your employers should suffice instead. That worked for me and was accepted so hopefully you won't have to go through the trouble of getting documents notarized

Congrats Estee! Thanks so much for sharing your experience! Do you mind sharing if you got a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom? I'm wondering if they are reviewing based on the apartment size? I'll also try giving them a call, thanks for the recommendation.

Does anyone who has been on a tour have an opinion on the best lines? I'm assuming any of the western facing lines are preferred for the Manhattan views?
