Yes, Lenneta was who contacted me about the viewing. My regular agent is Rosenda. I'll mention it to Lennita and see if I can do that. A previous building I was able to sign the TIC electronically, that really should be an option in this day and age.

No updates from you? Do you know if your file was sent to the city?

I felt confident with a 8xx number but now I’m not sure with the rate they are going.

Hey all!

It's been great following along everyone's journeys. It really soothes my anxiety lol.

My log number is 2xx and along with some of you got the request for documents on 5/13 and submitted a TON of them shortly during the weekend.

However, unlike some of you, I have yet to hear back from the management. Do they email you if they want to request more info/schedule something? I keep checking the status on the HC page and its always been "under review". The weird thing is, I feel like based on my number I should have been part of that "first batch" but now it feels that I'm behind even the second batch??? *anxiety increasing*

What size apartment are you looking for?

Regardless, I'd give your agent a call. Their contact information should be listed on the "contact" section in your HC portal for this building. My agent has been very responsive by email and by phone. You should rest assured though that even if say I was approved before you with a higher log (like processed faster), you would still be offered an apartment ahead of me. Good luck!

Thanks! We are a 2-person household looking for 1-2 BR so maybe the process is different?

I vaguely remember putting some sort of preferences on the HC site about rooms, method of contact... was that HC1? I imagine everything is more standardized now in HC2 but I can't seem to find where you could change that...

I will surely contact the agent soon... I hope it's not because of bad luck that our application was forgotten somehow
At least it is still ahead of the first deadline for documents so hopefully everything can get back on track

Congrats on your process so far and I hope you love the units you get to see next week!

Ah, so it's not a different process for a 2br but if that is what they are considering you for, your application and mine (1br only) are not competing and may be on a slightly different timeline. If you have a strong preference for 1 or 2br I'd definitely make that known when you speak to someone so they are keeping you in the right "bucket". They can also show you both sizes and you can choose from there.

They didn't lose your app, if it still says "under review" in HC, they have your app. Different agents also work at a different pace too. I'd still recommend calling just to get an update. But like I said, they still go by log # in making final apartment offers so you won't be overlooked, so long as you meet their deadlines and end up qualifying.

Update, I called Lennita. I'm confirmed to view units on Tuesday (31st) and I will go to the office afterwards to sign the paperwork. Thanks so much for the suggestion Marshabrady, life saver!
