Interesting. They contacted a bunch of CB for no reason, unless they're close to finishing CB. The woman I just talked to 10 minutes ago said 6-8 weeks is what they hope to finish by, but it can take up to 3 months because cb has so much paper work. Another said CB has to finish first before gen pop get processed 6-8 weeks is what they said but can take an extra month. At this point I rather be taken by surprise lol just let me get the surprise email. I don't think I'll get much from this thread with all the miscommunication going on.

It's in the marketing handbook, typically lotteries choose to do CB first or start it ahead of market rate but they also can set aside half of the units and designate them to CB and the other half to gen pop and work on them at the same time. I know someone who does not have CB and they were contacted already so they have already started on gen pop. Based off of people letting others know when they are getting called this lottery is moving much faster than many of the other ones I have seen. I think the thread is most helpful in gauging how far along they are especially after someone has gone through the whole process and shares their complete timeline. It provides more insight on the likely length you would have to wait.
I am general population log #4xx and I literally have not been contacted yet
The person I know has a lower log than you, they might have only done the first 300
