I just signed my lease. I want to thank everyone in this thread; it was really helpful. Quick question for those who already live there: is it worth it to pay for amenities?
I think this depends on the person, but I would say wait until Summer when the pool is open to sign up. For me… I’m a homebody and it’s money waisted. The gym is nice… I thought I’d go… but found myself in there only once or twice in the past year. However, in the Summer I very much enjoyed the roof decks and the pool.
I have a question when you receive monthly gift income can the person who is giving it to you write in a notarized statement that they are giving it to you for General living expenses?
I am hoping to get a 2 bedroom. How would I know what unit size I qualify for? It is my teenager and myself.
Look at the AMI minmium/maximum income chart for this building.

Is the income on your application for this building more than $39,560 ? , if it is then there is 2 bedroom left in this AMI if they contacted you to submit documents.
