THIS LOCATION DEFINITELY MORE THAN 100% that many more new buildings will be built ( regardless if a spot is not empty ) !

Absolutely...
Sometimes we can find out ( just not the far far future ones ) and I was just saying for this area ,(more likely than other areas in NYC )definitely a lot more new buildings will be built.
I know that a casino is coming soon to Hudson Yards(just not highrise , good thing ) .

I made that post to ALL - was to say to remember to CONSIDER that, if they care about toxic dust going into your AC vent , unbearable 7 days construction and your view being blocked.

View being blocked- only luxury, not necessity (but wanted to say that if someone picked a unit for the view then just kind in mind it's for short term ) .

Yes my view , sunlight gone that's fine but they were approved to do construction 7 days per week (not legal ) and all illegal hours ( well not illegal since they were approved to do so ).

Anyways- I'm not going to write anymore about this.
I wish everyone good luck, god bless !

I’m as a patient as they come, patient to have applied for 200 buildings already. But it doesn’t hurt to find out where the process is at.

LMFAO. Y'ALL DEFINITELY DO NOT GET MY POINT .
(easy to misunderstood from reading tho)

I could make a comment and explain to every single word you guys wrote ... but it would take me few days and would be a book long in details..so I will just say this only :
I'm not talking about not staying postive and obviously I know why we are looking for affordable housing etc .

I'm not talking about your normal everyday construction noise -It's killing , toxic and absolute unbearable excruciating pain from excavation of the hardest bedrock etc that would go on many years (sometimes they get approved to do work odd hrs and 7 days) .
Well for me at my current building my apartment is literally vibrating and glasses moving from the excavation of the construction.
Definitely a major health and safety concern.

If you want safty and secure then this is no brainer.

I was just saying (giving tip at a forum ) something to be considered when moving to a new place .
Obviously ,some might not care to go through excruciating pain as long as rent is affordable but it was just a tip to some that cares.
I think you should have started a new thread with the tip that you made, because base on the tip you made under this thread it would seems to some that you were trying to discourage others about this building seeing that your log hasn’t been reached yet. IMO

I'm not sure what new thread means... u mean not replying to anyone and just make a post here right ?
Yes, that's what I did though...
You can go back pages and see.

My log# is HIGH g.p , so most likely I will not be contacted. But I'm not bitter because there are other areas in NYC(which I think less likely to have a lot new buildings being built or will be built , but for much further into future 10 yrs from now I don't know lol ) that I had applied with much lower log# .

Signing my lease today. I'd like to encourage everyone to be patient with the process. I went through some ups and downs from submitting documents, rejection, appealing, and final approval. Everything I learned about the process, I wish I knew a day earlier.

Remember: "if you don't ask, you don't get"
