My marketing agent told me there were no other studio floor plans when I toured, so I figured the alternate layouts may have been market rate. But looks like some people did get them, bummer!
Congrats on your new place! It is a beautiful building.

Do they contact 100 (whole batch ) applications all at once ? So I guess 100 application per agent in 1 week?Deadline for us to submit documents in 2 weeks but then they won't respond to us until around 2 months after? because they contact in batches ? .

For everyone that had signed the lease or moved in ... the rent was increased right ? The information on their posting on housing connect is no longer valid for rent amount.
Example 40% AMI studio rent = $848 and 1 bedroom rent =
$ 1,059

What is wrong with you ?

Someone did mentioned it on this thread ,so I went to do a research .
It is NOT just for this building ... ALL buildings under housing connect...
As of June 2023 , the income and rent for all AMIs increased.
Asset limit is subject to change too, but that was changed April 2020 .so the next one I don't know when .

I should of just kept this information all to myself.

You are welcome !

I signed my lease on 8/14 and it was exactly the same price as listed on housing connect.

Rent has not increased. You are wrong and, not for the first time, you are discouraging people. Do us a favor and stop spamming this thread by responding to every post, and sharing unverified information as if it was fact.
