Ahhhhh I see! The address also has me confused. Like the address for what we are applying for is 601 W29 and when I went to see the apt I entered on 11 ave ... the 3Eleven building entrance, which is the name for the adjoining tower I guess? I saw this online and it just has me thinking of the 2 different addresses lol. The elevators I got on are right next to the front desk, so its not like there will be a separate entrance for the tower of the apt I viewed.

I think it is Settlement housing! They are good management! They got back in contact with me in two weeks to tell me that they only had studios available for apt and did I wanted to come see them but I told them no
I'm a little worried now with the building on 30th still under construction, the daily construction noises happening right next door to anyone who will have an apt facing that new building

That happens a lot with new lotteries, at least in my experience… but when I go in the next day it’s visible on HC.
They’re pretty close to being done with the exterior (only the top 2 floors left), so the construction shouldn’t be too much of an issue in a few months or so… and even if it lingers longer, it’ll be worth it in the end once complete!
Definitely worth the wait. I got terrible # for 3 eleven hopefully I’ll be lucky this time
