I saw this online and it just has me thinking of the 2 different addresses lol. The elevators I got on are right next to the front desk, so its not like there will be a separate entrance for the tower of the apt I viewed.

3Eleven is 601 W 29th st and when you move in the 3Eleven will be your address and not 601 w 29th.

Really hope the lottery management for this building will be a different one from 601 W 29th Street.

I'm a little worried now with the building on 30th still under construction, the daily construction noises happening right next door to anyone who will have an apt facing that new building

HUH... So I can see it with your link but when I close the page and open a new link and sign in under my name it doesn't pop up as one of the lotteries. I wonder if I am missing out on a bunch of other lotteries now.

That happens a lot with new lotteries, at least in my experience… but when I go in the next day it’s visible on HC.

They’re pretty close to being done with the exterior (only the top 2 floors left), so the construction shouldn’t be too much of an issue in a few months or so… and even if it lingers longer, it’ll be worth it in the end once complete!
