I have not CB and my log#1800s which seems to be similra to your situation, did they contacted you? I am so anxious as most of us I am looking forward for a home somehow affordable in this city
No I have not been contacted yet. I hope they will do it soon. I am quite hopeful
As per the lease, low income is $75 I believe and middle to high is around $150. They provide the exact amount in the lease, but that’s what it was last time I checked or very close. If anyone else wants to double check to confirm.
Thank you for your answer! I was wondering what it would be due to it being so many options (dog park, pool, lounges, gym etc) My building now, only has a gym, which is a set price for everyone in the building, and the roof is open to everyone. So this is new to me having many amenities. I was afraid that it would be a set price for everyone and it would be an exuberant amount for us in these lotteries. This makes me happy though within that price range, I was thinking it would be almost $300 we would have to shell out.
Just to let everyone know, I just got a request to submit documentation, 2,xxx no cb, hopefully, many others will be contacted soon too. BTW, I’m a he.
