When my landlord lets himself in without notice to show the townhouse to prospective tenants . . . while I'm in the shower . . .
Too bad you couldn't have marched out there naked as a jaybird! "Oh, SORRY!! I sure wish you would have notified me you'd be showing the place!!" Prospective tenants would be questioning whether they wanted a landlord who'd walk in on THEM unannounced eh? No....seriously...I'd be furious! You have no idea. I'm absolutely rabid when it comes to people entering my premises or property, who shouldn't be here.
I can't stand it when people are overly optimistic.
