I saw this video and totally felt bad for this mother. We are living in an unprecedented time. Once upon a time not so long ago, things were "normal" and this mom could walk into the store and buy diapers for her baby. Now she can't. I totally understand how she feels. It's more about people and their selfishness than the diapers. People are hoarding unnecessarily & her family is paying the price.

We have no control over worldly selfishness, so the biggest step people can make is taking care of, and control of ourselves and our loved ones, and that's accomplished through forethought, not afterthought.

Diapers are not needed, just learn to read the signs a baby gives.

As a mother I didn't mind changing diapers, and for me, diapers equated to peace of mind. The whole communication-elimination idea is fine and dandy if that's what you're into, but reflecting on my days as a mom, I appreciated the stack of folded diapers that were always ready and waiting and at my disposal.
