Here a shot of Hubb Capp. Little known factoid.. at one brief moment Hubb Capp and the Wheels were selling more records in Phoenix than the Beatles.

Pat is a Phoenix living legend.

It was called Good Shepherd. A Catholic home for unwed mothers.
The shopping center that exists now (incorporating the original building) is called Good Shepherd Center

Here it is

My friends and I used to go and visit 'Ole Man Chris (of Christown fame) and his horse. I think his horse's name was Bronco. Chris was a very nice old guy, although maybe he wasn't really all that old; maybe he just seemed old to us because we were kids.

Heres 2 pix for you.
1. The Phoenix bird at Town and Country shopping center.
2. Chris Harri of Chris Town.

I wouldn't recommend Mr Luckys unless you speak Espanol or have a large loaded gun.

Hers a shot of the iconic sign on Grand Ave.
