MLK isn't living. Lincoln and Washington aren't living. You can still ruin the celebrations afoot.
Oh Jesus Mary, and Joseph who cares? Does it really ruin your pagan celebration of Saturnalia if I say "Happy Holidays" or "Season's Greetings?" Are you that thin skinned? Do you really need the cashier at Wal-Mart to affirm your religious beliefs?
If you expect us to put up with your billboards, then you have to put up with ours. It's called freedom of speech.
Yeah, because there are so many Catholic billboards up here in the Northeast.
This billboard does nothing more than illustrate an ugly bitterness. It's pathetic! Why do you want to be viewed this way?
While I totally disagree with the billboard. I have no problem with it being purchased and displayed. They have as much a right to pay for advertising as a guy buying Ugly Houses or what ever. Their money is just as green as anyone else's and the they have as much a right to pay to push there theory or product as anyone.
The people who paid for the billboard were looking to target Christians to cause pain and grief, they were not simply expressing their views. They even chose to wait for the time of year with the most religious significance to Christians, before putting up their billboard.
Besides a negative political campaign ad, when have we seen other examples of a billboard like this? Have we seen billboards that are created with the express purpose of targeting a specific group of Americans and personally criticizing, demeaning or disparaging them? I can't think of one.
That's a ridiculous statement. I don't care about the stupid billboard, nor do I care what people believe, but I am annoyed by people who act stupid voluntarily.
Most Christians, just like people of other religions, do a lot of good because they choose to use their lives to make other lives better, not just because they believe in "punishment for wrongdoing". What a dumbass statement. ""
Then thank you for agreeing that the post I quote below is a dumbass statement!!!
I was responding to THIS POST :

Arrogant little creeps, this group is, aren't they?
It is what makes this Country great...but I don't understand what they are trying to accomplish...that billboard will never convince anybody of anything..so money wasted but hey..someone had to slap it up there so I guess it keeps people working...other than that..a complete non event....
