Oh Jesus Mary, and Joseph who cares? Does it really ruin your pagan celebration of Saturnalia if I say "Happy Holidays" or "Season's Greetings?" Are you that thin skinned? Do you really need the cashier at Wal-Mart to affirm your religious beliefs?

I don't celebrate those. I don't even celebrate the AMERICAN consumerist conception of Christmas. It is a PRIVATE individual ceremony for me.

Yeah, because there are so many Catholic billboards up here in the Northeast.
This billboard does nothing more than illustrate an ugly bitterness. It's pathetic! Why do you want to be viewed this way?

The people who paid for the billboard were looking to target Christians to cause pain and grief, they were not simply expressing their views. They even chose to wait for the time of year with the most religious significance to Christians, before putting up their billboard.

Besides a negative political campaign ad, when have we seen other examples of a billboard like this? Have we seen billboards that are created with the express purpose of targeting a specific group of Americans and personally criticizing, demeaning or disparaging them? I can't think of one.

If religious people are offended by the billboard then that would suggest to me that they are not very secure in their faith.

Then thank you for agreeing that the post I quote below is a dumbass statement!!!
