CA has declared Chapter 11. That means the Feds are now bailing them out. So they are getting bailed out, and then suing the same entity.

No they haven't. I don't think a state can even declare Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Can individual citizens sue the US government to stop ObamaCare since it was a strictly partisan bill that the majority of Americans did not want?

Only two problems with the two things you said. California isn't incorporated nor is it a proprietorship so it can't file Chapter 11. California isn't in on the suit.

Did you just pull this out of your butt or did you get it from a blog?
