Ooops...you just let the cat out of the bag!

I though the Dems were claiming that Republicans just wanted people to die?

I guess that was pure hyperbole, eh?

Not only is it your humble opinion, it is fact.

Now......

when we're talking about state law mandating car insurance, not everyone pays for it. One can actually choose not to pay for auto insurance (don't own a car).

Does the state make you purchase auto insurance just in case you buy a car?

No.

Likewise, the state can't mandate that you pay for health insurance.

More waste of money and time, I keep waiting for the politicians to get to work on issues that are waiting on hold while this silliness runs its course.

Exactly. Well said. The Supreme Court has always ruled the same way in similar cases, so there is no reason to expect them to eact differnetly this time. This is nothing but political pandering.

Yes, that is pure hyperbole. I don't think Republicans or Democrats want people to die.

Axing this horrible ObamaCare IS boosting the economy and stopping the job-killing aspects of it!

Unless your company donated to the Democrats and is one of the 111 entities that were granted an exemption, you aren't hiring people with this albatross around your neck.

The Supreme Court never heard cases about mandatory auto insurance.

Those are STATE laws and there's nothing that says you have to own a car or even have a license.

We are gaining jobs each month and the economy is expanding. The law also helps small businesses provide health insurance if they choose to. GDP and jobs have been gaining since the law was passed.

Ironically, the only sector that is still losing jobs is the public sector.

We are gaining a net positive of jobs now and GDP is expanding. The only sector seeing big job losses is the public sector.

Under the "socialist" Obama, we are seeing private sector hiring pick up and the public sector shrink.
