Illegals DO pay taxes. Billions and billions of dollars worth of them. Illegals are also responsible for significant net increases in real GDP. Many are church-going, volunteering, helping hand-providing pillars of their local communities. Those who do dare to seek out public services do so at rates lower than those of similarly situated persons with current documentation.

Republicans on the other hand simply vote NO and attend Tea Parties. Having either created this gargantuan mess or supported its creation every step of the way, they want to do nothing to assuage it disastrous effects and protest against those who do. Republicans as a group have made themsleves a part of the problem. Undocumented workers as a group have not.

Whatever was withheld was the result of your own W-4 calculations. If there was over-confiscation going on, it was because you authorized it.

Social Security is the most successful social insurance program in world history. It has benefitted and continues to benefit the lives of tens of millions of Americans, be they the retired, the disabled, or the survivors. No one who does not pay into the system gets anything back.

Does that first sentence imply your support of abortion on demand? It seems to.

Otherwise, WIC is assistance provided to protect the health and potential well-being of infants and young children. It is channelled through responsible adults only because infants and young children are not legally or mentally capable of being responsible for themselves. It is far more expensive to deal later with the downstream effects of poor infant and early childhood health and malnutrition than it is to assure proper health and nutrition over those early years to begin with.

That blanket statement was just as wrong as the one you tried to correct.

Another blanket statement, as if the only alternative is abortion and simply not screwing or simple use of protection is an outlandish request.

But then we cant expect the poor to be responsible before the child is born just like we dont expect them to be responsible after..

I'm well into the top 1% of income earners, far beyond Obama's proposed $250K limit. I'm also usually taken to be one of those liberals, and I can tell you without the slightest hesitation that the rich are quite able to sustain significant additional tax burdens -- burdens that could help restore fiscal balance and fund much needed works and programs -- without so much as a noticeable dent in their lifestyles. Bush has basically been giving us a free ride at others' expense since 2001. It's long past time for that to end.

Everything bolded also applies to Republicans. If you cant acknowledge that fact you have some serious problems.

Actually he is correct. Those illegal immigrants that receive a paycheck and have federal and state withholdings are paying taxes, however they will not FILE taxes for a potential refund for fear of being caught (of course their using someone else's social)

No, it is a simple fact that illegals pay taxes. Lots and lots of them. If you want to join in the silly sing-along about illegals as a group not paying taxes, you'll only end up looking as foolish as the OP.
