No. It bans ANYONE who can't or won't follow the laws of a state regarding businesses from opening a business, or they face fines or revocation of their business licenses. No one is singling out orthodox Jews.
First off, cut it out with the personal attacks. I've already reported you once for this stuff and I *will* be doing so again. If you can't post without attacking somebody after they prove you wrong, you have no business on this forum site.
Secondly, I had no idea that the rights you and I enjoy as Americans are straight and gay. Tell me - what gay rights are there? I know there are rights in a secular, civil matter and that there is a freedom of religion for you to practice your religion in whatever way you choose to do so. Who are you to deny other Americans their rights, liberties and freedoms just because you don't like them?
