I'm for stopping the "contract with murder" BEFORE it happens. not dealing with an after effect. BUT, for those that kill babies should be dealt with accordingly(Doctors and Patient) and currently since Abortion is legal, those baby murders go unchecked for now unlike what actual Murder is charged with. until Abortion is banned and deemed a "Murder" by Law so we can throw the deadbeat mothers in prison for Life, I'm for that. but until then.....
