Obviously, some things said about her weren't right. However, i don't have too much pity after seeing her Twitter feed. She's got a mouth on her and doesn't seem to shamed of drinking and driving.
The poor animator shouldn't be so defensive. Just say that the animation depicts the defense's version of events. Maybe he gets a bonus if it gets admitted.
