I think like in the states where it is legal now, you're going to be allowed to grow a certain amount of plants for yourself. I'm fine with that. Would I sell what I had grown? No. I would perhaps give away small amounts like a neighbor gives his fellow neighbors a tomato or two.
At $350 an ounce and little chance of getting into real trouble, hell yeah I'd sell the neighbors some.
And what you fail to see is that there are bad laws, and sometimes you have to call bull*** on them! So there is no confusion. Hey, the Germans abided by Hitler and Nazi laws, and we all saw how that ended for them! Those "law abiding" German citizens were such good sheep and followed the law to the tune of the Nazis committing mass genocide of some 12 million people. But hey, the law is the law, right? Laws written by men aren't prone to flaws? Naw, that couldn't be it!!! It's the written word, and therefore it must be right!
It is amazing how much condemnation is encoded everywhere. Really serves no one in the end.

best way for states to make money on weed is to tax it reasonably, weed should not sell for more than 3 to 4 dollars a gram!! that will almost totally rid the black market from taking up a huge percentage of the sales. and keeping all the money in the country.. people that buy imported weed import a big chunk of the money to the country that sold it.. greediness makes no economical sense..
oh and by the way I see you are avoiding my question???
what is your solution for people that smoke pot should they all be locked up in jail?? since you invade every thread about pot I figure you got some axes to grind, but what is it!!! what's your solution for the tens of millions of evil pot smokers??? I'm all ears!!!!
