When this story first broke. I thought it was horrible and still is. The first images was this man on the ground bleeding from the face by a mob of teenagers. Speculators said it was a hate crime. Including the first responders They the new evidence came out soon after. People always want to believe the worst.
Should the teens goto jail? Of course.
Should it be a hate crime? No not after the entire evidence was presented or what has been shown.
The bus driver was white and looking at the whole thing and did NOTHING. He didn't even blow his horn or anything. Maybe he know more than we all do.

LOL. I wouldn't call a gang of 30-plus people beating a single man to a pulp "mutual combat." It's a black-on-white hate crime. Weird how many posters are trying to minimize it. Is that what it's like in Cincinnati?
Absolutely. Some people don't take any crap from anyone, and they'll fight anyone once the adrenaline kicks in (outnumbered or not).
I take those scenarios case by case myself. I may flee if I'm that outnumbered, but best believe I'll be coming back with a few friends. It'd be nice to hear for once low lifes like this getting the favor returned from the person that they accosted.

If it were white on black it would have been all over the news! and there would have been marches
