I don't think sex education 101 is going to tell me historically when it was that society deemed that women ought to cover up their breasts. If the books do contain that perhaps you could kindly direct me to the one that does.
well lets see at some point ... historically speaking...
it was perfectly acceptable for people to copuplate right out in front of doG and everybody.
we don't do that...
how about since it was... historically speaking... since it was socially acceptable to copulate in front of doG and everybody lets just toss that one out too.
It was also socially acceptable to take a guy that stole an apple and ram a pole up his rear, then set him up in front of everyone to die an excruciating death that would take sometime a day or two.
Why is it acceptable to show people's heads blown off but not acceptable to show a nipple on network TV? Makes no damn sense. One is clearly more offensive to me.

You're right, there is no morality in a nation that expresses more 'moral' outrage over a bare nipple at the Super Bowl than over wasteful, unnecessary, bloody wars of choice. That's a seriously warped sense of values.
Just HOW is a naked human body more immoral than bombing the crap out of the building that body resides in and reducing it to a bloody mess?

how about we do that?
What are you even trying to say?
This thread is about women not being allowed to be topless in modern culture and why and where that originated from, I have no clue how your rants relate to my question.
I want to know why Progressives are pushing for laws that encourage people to act regressively. Wearing clothes to cover your sexual organs has been a natural part of human culture for thousands of years, spanning nearly every culture across the earth.
Normal people value some degree of modesty. Its human nature.
Not often that threads that make me chuckle are allowed here.
