Responsibility is a pointless right-wing buzzword. While it may b very nice, it guarantees exactly NOTHING. You have all your eggs in one basket that has all sort of holes in the bottom. You then have no plan or advice at all to offer in the certain event that your swiss cheese notions fail to save the day.
I don't know what kind of people raised you but they didn't do you any favors. Look at the people around you, especially the old, you are looking at your future if you continue with the same mindset. Oh and by the way, anyone who has done well in life knows not to put all their eggs in one basket.
BS. For example, a household income of $36,000 (3 roommates each earning $12,000) is definitely doable.
Living on a park bench is doable and some people do that as well. And the bigger picture remains quite unchanged in the end. The facts are still that businesses are dumping their own internal costs off onto taxpayers. This is not the result of character flaws among greedy poor people. It is the result of character flaws among greedy rich people. Credit where credit is due, after all.

They should tax their employers directly for a percentage of it if they aren't making a certain level of wage. Food stamps, housing...all hidden subsidies for businesses.
Roommates living in a $36,000 income household don't need to live on a park bench.
