So... why give them a LEGAL reason for being in the girls'/women's facilities in the first place? YOU and other SWJs want to make it LEGAL for them to do so if they merely "say" they "identify" as female. Idiotic and VERY dangerous, to say the least.

And do you know why? It's because there aren't others there with guns to stop them. They have to wait until law enforcement arrives. How many have been killed before law enforcement arrives? More than 10? More than 20? How many?
Who determines the legitimacy of which gender one "identifies" as? Is someone posted at each facility's entrance to make sure the "identity" claim is valid?
Of course not, but until recently a man had no right to use a woman's bathroom or locker room. If they were 'busted', they had no excuse to be in there. Now they do, as just a tiny bit of prep allows them to legally and freely enter spaces where women are nude and vulnerable. Anyone can now buy 'spy gear' that is remarkably discreet, fitting in everyday items like watches, glasses and water bottles, making it much harder to catch these people unless they're caught with obvious recording devices. But there's no justification to search them now (unless they're blatantly recording someone), since they have the right to be there now.
Did this happen before this controversy? Of course. But these laws open the door for perverts and sexual predators to make these unsafe spaces for women and far more difficult to prosecute these sex offenders. That is where the bulk of the opposition lies, not bigotry towards transgenders, and in this case its the left who are the ones pushing the 'anti-woman' policies.
There are 750,000 registered sex offenders in this country, who now will have a much easier time targeting (no pun intended) women. And that's only the one's we've caught.

Here's a hint, CRIMINALS don't care about breaking the law. It doesn't matter if it is illegal for them to carry a gun on school grounds or if it is illegal for them to go in the ladies room. They are going to do so anyways.
