i have a feeling that family/companion restrooms will be getting more and more use as bathroom accessibility laws are being put under pressure. It would be nice if all business could have them for all people who might feel uncomfortable using a multi person public toilet....not just women, but men and young children too.
Yes. Gutless corporate America, a reflection of a gutless America.
Target couldn't and wouldn't do this if the public wouldn't stand for it. But today's public will roll with anything....outside of trying to take away their smartphone.
Target has deteriorated in the last few years to being an utterly useless store and company. I already had little reason left to ever shop there, but now I will close my account and make my divorce from them official.

Men CAN use the single occupancy family restrooms. Happens all the time when a father is out alone with his young daughter/s.
But, yes, you're correct. This will HUGELY increase demand on those single occupancy family facilities in which you can go in, lock the door, and be assured of your or your own family's privacy and security.
Meh, it's just about money. Big business isn't conservative or liberal. Just Ferengi
I'm not seeing how. Most people DON'T support penises in multiple occupancy women's facilities and vice versa. This isn't about money. That's a losing proposition. It's a combination of bullying by a very small percentage of the population and PCness running amok.
