Income is the problem, this is proven by the U.S. Census which says black people spend more as a percentage of income on their mortgage than other groups.Rent is about even.

your info graph is based on 11 states, and i dont see anything that states only Public schools were tested.
That's standard procedure for NAEP, which is a longitudinal study. The same states, representing geographic diversity, are repeatedly tested over a span of years. And, yes, the NAEP testing program is public schools, only.

African American who go to Harvard University the greatest University in the World have a lower average salary than White Caucasian Harvard University graduates. You can actually go to the greatest University in the World and still come up with a lower average salary than your typical Asian or white American.
Very likely an artifact of the 'Affirmative Action effect.' The Princeton Study (linked below) reported that, on average, admitted African American students at elite universities are spotted an extra 230 points on the SAT. Hispanic students are spotted an extra 185 points.

It's cultural. That's all. Provide the same stats for the same groups, this time in Mexico and Nigeria.
Does anyone really believe that the median income for married, white couples with children is over $160k? Use your brains people. One more racist site making up numbers to push their hate.
Wealth is in your house. Guess who lost their houses/wealth when the government run bubble collapsed? It wasn't whites who lost all their wealth.

Also, most whites don't blow their cash on 24inch rims for a leased BMW or junk with no real value to look affluent to their peers. How about "marrying up" instead of picking a spouse who is as poor as you? Two fast food workers are not going to accumulate any wealth.
This shows that perhaps the wealth gap between Hispanics /blacks and whites isn't solely due to family structure.
At most, all this shows is that white people seem to be generally better in accumulating wealth than black or Latino.
I am not sure why this needs to be a racial issue.
