Yes, she went too far, and admitted as much after apologizing for the schtick.
The only thing she is sorry for is that she didn't get the reaction she was hoping for. I long thought she was very funny but like some of the others (Colbert for example who also used to be very funny), she started taking herself too seriously and lost the humor.
Yes, she went too far. Totally trashy and tasteless. And it angers me because it gives conservatives another excuse to carry on with the manufactured outrage.

I can't seem to find your posts telling us those hanging effigies of Obama when he was elected were doing something not acceptable, could you point us to them? Or is your bias so strong you find the actions of the deranged and dangerous Far Rightists acceptable?
Far too extreme for my liking. This kind of SH#$ is insensitive and it stoops to the level of ISIS. She should be blacklisted. She gives non-far-right supports a bad name.
She needs to directly apologize to Trump and his family.
