I watched part of Early Start (CNN's 4am-6am EST program) and Christine Romans said that CNN was 'reevaluating' re NYE. Also, her co-host Dave Briggs read a quote from Anderson Cooper, with Cooper vehemently denouncing what Griffin did, etc. Another CD poster wrote that all of the people on New Day (which follows Early Start) were quite critical of what Griffin did.
Those NYE shows are PAINFUL. She should have been taken off a long time ago and Anderson Cooper doesn't belong there either.
Put on some ENTERTAINERS that are funny or something.
Amazing how the radicalized leftists think this vile, disgusting act falls under freedom of speech, on this forum. The hate in the hearts of the radicalized leftists toward Trump, is downright scary and disturbing.

The only good thing I can see out of what Kathy Griffin did is that we now have a line established.
And with that line we can see who is on what side of that line.
With such a deep seeded hate of a line we can see who is good and who is evil here on the forum and out in society.

The only gig she does is New Year's Eve for CNN, is that right? It's not like she's a reporter.
I think it's likely she wasn't going to get that gig back anyway. She's awful, and even Anderson Cooper can't save her when she acts like an idiot on that special.
Cooper, etc. are not reporters either. They are hate filled left wing political operatives. Journalism is dead.
But....there were plenty of Obama dolls with nooses around its neck too from right wingnuts for 8 years. The extremes are always idiotic.
They also weren't done with mainstream celebrities or anyone who worked with CNN, though. Big difference.
I'm not sure why people keep using this excuse. Both were wrong, but...Kathy Griffin is actually a celebrity with influence. Not some random redneck hick in Alabama.
