No matter how much the Republicans continue to screw over their low intellect, low income voting base, the base will continue to make excuses for them.
I disagree with the Senate majority and Pence, but the article is highly misleading. Class action lawsuits are still allowed
They are allowed in those cases where the consumer didn't sign an arbitration agreement, they have creeped into every contract that you sign whether its the phone company, car dealership, bank, you name it.

If you’re not part of that base, don’t get your panties into such a wad. You must be vastly superior so this won’t affect a smart, rich guy like you.
Big win for banks!
Big loss for consumers!
You've waived your right to sue big banks that cheat and defraud you! Yay!
Thanks GOP voters !!!! Your votes did count!

"The financial sector spent $2 billion on political activity from the beginning of 2015 to the end of 2016, including $1.2 billion in campaign contributions.
That works out to $3.7 million per member of Congress and is the most ever, going back to 1990.
Furthermore, the actual amount is probably higher, because it did not include so-called “dark money”: funds donated to political advocacy by nonprofit groups."
Well at least the financial sector is helping fund that swamp!
