Trump seems a little "concerned" by Cohen being raided like that ! His body language speaks volumes.

It’s utterly insane and disappointing that there are these so-called patriots who continue to defend this administration. Here we have a president’s personal attorney under active investigation by the DOJ, in matters that very much involve, if not implicate, a sitting president. Yet they pretend this isn’t a big deal. This sort of self-delusion is only dwarfed by the delusion that these Trump supporters are patriotic Americans in any shape or form.

Even though he has lost some lawsuits before he has never faced CRIMINAL charges...too bad...
I am sure there were times when he did commit crimes that deserved prosecution...
He just never met anyone with the cojones of Robert Mueller...
This isn't hubris, it's a cacophony of unforced errors. As for Mueller supposedly having cajones, it doesn't take a lot of cajones to operate with impunity when you have a shield of near-invincibility against the people you're going after.

But not if he keeps on talking and talking, tweeting and tweeting. This is not helpful to him.

But why do people make unforced errors???
With Trump most of his errors occur because he refuses to be educated since he thinks he knows it all anyway---
That is HUBRIS and narcissism walking hand in hand...

Why do you think he loves to use the Royal "We"
He thinks he is ruling like a king---
He has no concept or respect for the American justice system--
As his comments today at the Security Council meeting proved...

This is nothing more than a case of “we have no evidence of Russian collusion therefore we must make up/find a crime”.

I though Trump only hired the best people. Did he not vet Wray?
Based on the man who was nominated for judge last year, who didn't know basic legal stuff, I would be surprised if he vetted anyone.

If Mueller was investigating you, your family and anyone you have worked for, has worked for you or has any sort of business relationship with you for the past 20 years or so he would all sorts of things to charge people with. And he would get convictions. Not saying the people surrounding you are bad or deserve that its that lots of people make mistakes or errors of judgment.

Now multiply that by a GOP campaign team and administration as well as Trumps business empire and look under every rock and charges and convictions will happen.

If Trump or anyone in his administration or campaign colluded with Russia lock them up. If this is simply a sex rendezvous that his attorney did not cover up properly then its like Bill and Monica. If that is all it is Trump should just use his pardon power and tie Mueller's hands.

Since I don’t know the exact nature of the investigation or what evidence the SDNY has/will have, I’m not going to comment on the likelihood of anyone getting away with anything. Let the taint team and the investigators do their jobs. We’ll know soon enough.

Many things are perfectly possible, sure. It’s also possible Trump can do cartwheels and quadruple axels on ice skates. But possible and probable have different meanings, don’t they?

Yeah...because Trump has been an upstanding law abiding citizen for his entire adult life who has never screwed or conned anyone... How could anyone have possibly found any dirt on him?
