After the bombings in Tanzania and Kenya, the CIA ass't director Schmidt who lead the Ben Lauden search knew his ass was in a sling and when he heard Clinton had to be deposed, he was glad because he knew he could use that to get Clinton to make aggressive effort w/foreign policy to look stronger and to feel stronger.
Clinton ok'd missle strikes into Sudan and Afghanistan...first time US did something like that against an ideology vs a country...
I was very afraid Trump might try something even before what happened today with Cohen...

For the DOJ to take the aggressive and unusual step in seeking a warrant to search Cohen’s offices/residences, the DOJ must have had a very compelling reason to do so.

I watched "Billions" partly the first season--
I like all three of the leads but couldn't get hooked by it...maybe I should try again...think it is on Hulu or streaming somewhere...
For the People is really more superficial--actors except for Davis and Deveare Smith really not same quality as Giamatti and Lewis...
I like it better than other Rhimes's shows though...and that's certainly damning with faint praise...
