I keep hearing about how Trump is a pathological liar. But I am yet to see real evidence of this. All politicians lie to some extent, but people accuse Trump of being the worst. So, I would like to see some evidence. Anti-Trumpers can prove how much of a liar they say he is here. So, go ahead and post it here.
There are a few ground rules. 1. Post only statements he made during his presidency. 2. Support the post with a link to his actual original source (a video of him saying it, a press release written by him, even a tweet), no third party reports. 3. The statement has to relate to his presidency (it can’t be something like him saying his favorite food is steak and later saying it’s pasta).
Every President this country has ever had has lied to some degree. Some of them were grotesque liars, like Obama. Bush, Lincoln...and so on...
I have said this many times here, and I will say it again: I voted for Trump for one simple reason: The SUPREME COURT WAS ON THE LINE.
It was that simple for me. Yes, I wanted a wall as well, but at this point of deterioration of our once-great European-American culture (what is left of it at this point?), I honestly don't know if it was more important than the Supreme Court picks.
If we maintain our right to bear, we will be able to overthrow this hostile to European-American government somewhere down the road when it is all but inevitable.
Sorry, I digressed.
Trump may be a "liar" (in whatever context) but I honestly don't even care. I don't respect any politicians...so the fact that he has secured the SC for at least a little while...I can live with that.
The left still do not understand how people could vote for Trump.
You are the perfect example of how. Half this country was tired of the Dems using the SCOTUS and circuit courts to legislate from the bench.
It frightens them to actually have to come up with policy decisions. They were content with having power while not having to perform their jobs for the last 50 years.
As we can see the swamp and their tribe are outraged over this.
BTW ambient, it's very easy to come up with lie lists for anyone. What matters is the degree of those lies and who or how many they hurt.

Trump is indeed plunging the Country into poverty as he transfers the Nations wealth into select pockets.
In addition, he is mobilizing illegal immigration TOWARD America.
"Illegals" will, as they are currently, awaiting release from Trump detainment tent cities ...to.... their jobs as Farm Hands and " guest services" at hotels and resorts in order to boost the bank of the already wealthy. These people will never , vote. They are coming here to work.
Wealthy Republicans hire cheap immigrant labor.
Those that spill onto the streets to live hand to mouth will conveniently be declared the scourge of the democrats. It is a win win for Republicans.
Those awarded citizenship across the country are barely able to vote: Trump Republicans are working day and night to overcome the inability to gerrymander...by relocating polling places and posting false voting dates, and withholding registration processing to suppress the vote that would be cast in anothers favor.
The Kavenaugh situation solidified the Trump Republican s as Liars and more shamefully and destructive, as card carrying misogynists.
The ease with which Trump Republicans make clearly false declarative statements based upon the consistently self serving intentions of their leader is grandly, UN American. They certainly are assisting in moving America towards a third world existence.
A man who hates over half the people of America, simply because they exercise their own free will and rights afforded them by that Country, will never be president. He is the equal of a Tribal Cheif.
He is the equal of a traitor to that country in every word ,in every deed.
It is a period of Regression that only a non Republican leadership can pull us out of.

Okay, let’s see how much he really lies.
Trump is an exaggerator for sure. But he probably lies less than most politicians -- and Trump also has tried to keep his promises, unless almost everyone else.
Trump doesn't know what he says anymore and his supporters like it when he lies. He talks about unity and then blames the press ,his supporters thinks that the Dems sent the bombs to themselves...,he is a lying fool.
That topic is a bit different and I still have not seen a single link to an original source for something Trump said in this thread.
