What the heck are you reading. We can read the report for ourselves and according to FBI director Ray who already had a press conference there was not much there. Barr and Durham have already stated they are upset, i doubt they would be if what the OP stated was true.
This is why people are so confused in this country, you have people shouting nonsense from every angle instead of just reading it themselves. Read the Executive summary if you don't like reading, its not long.
And this is why they do it. There is just too much information for people with limited attention span. The rapid pace of technological change has ensured a significant segment of our population has a tenuous grasp on reality at any given time, ripe for exploitation.

Which is a big deal. The IG cannot enforce his desire to interview people who either do not work in the DOJ, or who left that organization, if they refuse to talk to him. Durham's investigations and the grand jury can reach anywhere.

Then why was the FISA WARRANT changed if not for bias to be able to obtain it?? . we know better.. the last time the IG said the same thing.. Does Comey have bias? Does Brennnan have bias? Does Mueller have bias? I saw it in spades..
It is like asking the wolves , did you eat the chickens? Asking the FBI if they were motivated by bias.. oh no!! We were unbiased.. yeah, right!
