Google it. Lots of discussion. Illegals simply avoid doing things that will get you arrested. The native equivalents are much higher on crime rates. So you are removing those who don't do much crime causing the average crime rate to go up. Note the actual crimes committed goes down. But the rate goes up. However if you replace, in a given area, the low crime illegals with high crime natives both the count and rate will go up.
Nonsense. Illegal Aliens are beyond any doubt a vast advantage to the US economy. They provide low cost services saving hundreds of billions of dollars for the US resident.
The purported 100 billion cost is an absolutely obscene analysis violating all the rules of good sense. One major item is the cost of the education of the US citizen children. See Cato.org for an analysis of this garbage.
How stupid does anyone have to be to believe any of this scratch. Why abide by any laws? Why respect the immigration laws of any country? Just allow any criminal to come across your borders, run down wages, close down hospitals, are a huge burden on our public school system, bring their drugs, murder, assault, rape, molest kids.
If you don’t respect our laws, have them changed after most of these illegal alien trash have been deported and/or left on their own. Along with that be honest about the cost, crime, and damage they do to our society. I don’t have much tolerance for traitors and liars.

Thanks. I did Google it, and there is WIDE disagreement as to whether or not people here illegally commit more crime than citizens. For example, here are two links that provide opposite opinions:

Still, golf course maintenance, landscapers, and builders are certainly thought to be heavy employers of illegals.
What should the government do to stop this? Send out inspectors for random surprise checks? Double check payrolls against the number of employees, and put all those employees through e-Verify or immigration check?
Should we temporarily double or triple the size of ICE, and have them go into every business in America to root out the illegals, and fine the business owners who knowingly or negligently employ illegals?
It's a possible solution. They might even reach critical mass and we'd suddenly see a lot of correction after the first 20% of businesses were raided.
IMO, if you know how to speak English but won't speak it in public it's a non-assimilation factor to me. Of course there are always exceptions to the rule. At least have the decency not speak it so loud that you take away from the enjoyment of shopping, dining, etc. from native English speakers.
What's with all these Spanish ads over the intercoms in stores now? Most Hispanic-Americans know how to speak English. If they are catering to Spanish speaking "legal" immigrants then why don't they cater to immigrants in other languages also?

You're conflating immigrants with ILLEGAL ALIENS. I thought we were talking about ILLEGALS.
Also, another thing that complicates it is we have liberals who give lighter charges to illegals than Americans - for the same crime - in order to help them avoid deportation. So it could appear that illegals commit less crime when in fact charges are reduced for them. How upside-down is that??
