Jesus Christ.

At least be honest about what is what.
Are you talking about Obama's silly piece of paper? hahaha. There was never an agreement with the United States. Just Obama and that horses ass Kerry. And like everything else they touched, it turned to you know what.

Jesus? What do you think he'd say about the 10s of 1000s killed by Obama's pointless wars.

The most important are:

1. don't hamstring your warriors by allowing politicians to impose Rules of Engagement to impede their effectiveness as a fighting force;
2. provide you fighting force with the most up-to-date weapons technology;
3. switch from boots on the ground strategy of policing terrorism with surgical strikes;
4. provide all of the components of our military the ability for real-time communication with each other in order to be involved in coordinated mission strategies;
5. have a clear exit strategy

The combined armed forces of the United States currently have much better, and more advanced technologies than we did 20 years ago for the second Gulf War (which BTW I was adamantly against!), and I believe they will prevail easily over the antiquated Iranian Air Force and scant air defenses.

PS: you might also 'learn some lessons' about the current capabilities of the United States Armed Forces - they are second to none!
And yet we find ourselves stuck in the middle of No Where Middle East fighting over desert that hardly any American cares about.

The problem is not our weapons or technology, it’s how we decide to use it. We still have the same Neo-Cons running the show and defense contractors who pray for conflict to increase revenues. And there is never an exit strategy because we never actually intend to exit.

What country have we ever exited after a major conflict?

Remember when right wingers painted Trump as an alternative to the Neo-Conservative "Globalists"?

Guess that's out the window.

We are good, but we are not the only armed force on the planet now.

What makes you think I didn't learn from Vietnam, or the Brits, and Russia's (USSR) experience in Afghanistan? We don't have to put boots on the ground in Iran.

Iran is backed by Russia. So, I guess that tanks all your claims of Trump being a pawn of Putin and Russia, huh?

I believe that this time is different: President Trump, a business man and non-Swamp decision maker, will 'cut loses' and take the out that the Iraqi Parliament has just given him.

And whether we use our awesome weapons or not depends entirely on the Ayatollah's response. Trump is playing hard ball - the only way the barbarians in the Middle East know how to play!

That is a major 'Side Benefit' of my thesis of President Trump's options regarding Iran. Most attacks will be carried out from a stand-off position.

For example: the USS Florida (SSGN-728), an Ohio-Class nuclear ballistic missile submarine converted to a cruise missile submarine, is positioned safely offshore, and she has a lot more than 52 targets programmed into her arsenal!

That's one more fabrication of the left that they will be flopping around like a fish on the bank trying to come up with an excuse for. Going to be entertaining to watch.
