Lock up ALL hair care products or its discriminatory by race, especially now that they know.
GREAT idea! They'll have to hire a clerk to do nothing but stand at that locked up case, but GREAT idea!
Here's a better idea. Tell your neighbors to stop stealing the hair care products and pay for them like you do because you're tired of them being locked up.
You’re just blustering here. There is nothing remotely racist about these store policies. Just get over the fact that black people, just like white people, brown people, and yellow people sometimes have to stand in line to get products they need. You aren’t deserving of special policy here just to make your life easier.
My husband just informed me that Lowe’s keeps router bits locked up, and you need an associate to get them for you. OMG! Unfair policy against carpenters! RIOT!
I'm starting to think he's just mad he can't steal his **** anymore. Nobody is this stupid about common sense issues.

Of all the important issues facing black Americans right now, this guy spends DAYS arguing over hair products being locked up in a store. Truly the sign of a first world protestor here; he’s having to make up grievances to complain about.
Many of our products are 'scan based' meaning, until a customer buys it, the store doesnt pay for it...if its stolen off the shelf, its on the manufacturer, and due to the extremely high mark up on our types of products, they are not even loosing that much money, the people that DO buy and pay for the products make up for the theft and then some a lot of times!
Some of our contracts we have with suppliers, they cover a certain percentage of shrink/theft, Altria (marlboro and other brand cigarettes) is a one of them, if a customer steals a pack of cigarettes, the store doesnt loose a dime, and the tobacco company is definitely not loosing any money, because generally, 99 out of 100 people are going to pay for the cigarettes, the 1 person that is willing to steal theirs, is not really a significant loss, the mark up is SO HIGH, the people that bought and paid for the product made up for the loss.
Aren't you in some kind of convenience store type of operation though? The retailers I've worked for probably have less than 5 percent scan based products. The majority of products are not, they are bought and paid for and the company eats the loss, including our tobacco products.
Walmart didnt decide who is going to steal. Walmart knows what gets stolen. "Racism!"
How embarassing for the victimhood class crybabies. Do you realize how absurd you look right now?

So what you are saying is that the theft is no big deal. The losses are so small, they are barely noticeable, so let's just not worry about that behavior, right?
Better to have people steal than to gather data on people who steal and create statistics that have to be called racist because the truth in those numbers is not a good look for a certain segment of society.
Oh well hell, why didn’t you say so earlier? Steal everything, y’all! It doesn’t cost anyone a dime!!
Yea, we actually try to keep our VERY 'generous' shoplifting policies a secret, or else everyone would be coming in to steal (including fuel!!), its one reason why I dont name the company I work for online, every store has this policy and it would be very easy for someone to steal fuel on a regular basis!

Well, lets just say, my companies shoplifting policies changed right around the time I was hired on, someone had been accused of stealing in a store, and made numerous complaint calls to the hotline number, as a result the Director of operations changed the store policy, managers are not allowed to call police on theft anymore, (not even for fuel), the most they can do is ask them to leave, or in the case of fuel theft, cashiers try to get their plate number and if they come back, they can be refused service, (but this never happens, because they dont check the list of plate numbers everytime someone comes in!
Apparently the company is more concerned with negative hotline calls instead of loss...go figure! but Ive been there almost 10 yrs and the companies profits are thru the roof consecutively, so they must know what they are doing.

Next we'll see a thread that gas is up and costs more in his city than in some white town in TX and he'll claim all gas prices should be the same across the country otherwise it's racist.

His obsession with perceived micro-aggressions is preventing him from living his best life. That’s the saddest fact of all.
