I've been taking a cold shower ever since I saw that this morning. Not.
In reality... I couldn't care less. Give the cover to a drag queen next. Even if it were an attractive true woman on the cover, I get way more of a thrill out of looking at pictures of (clothed) women from 100 years ago anyway. Say, Clara Bow. Dora Barton. Lily Elsie. Camille Clifford. Way more class and allure than anything our day has to offer.
I don't know why these people don't get their voices fixed, too, if they are spending all that money. The voice is a dead giveaway.
Yeh.. I would agree...
I've heard samples online of before and after.. whatever they do in that surgery it is creepy and amazing at the same time. The procedure must cost a fortune. I can't imagine waking up one morning and having a completely different voice...

I wonder whether there will be vocal chord surgery in the future. You're right, the voice is a dead giveaway, where the visual image is not. Interestingly, in my observation, female to male transitions, the voice isn't a giveaway.
Honestly, the last two First Ladies of the US have looked possibly transgender to me, but they're not obviously. Michelle Obama is a beautiful human, but she looks and walks like a right tackle. Melania Trump, if we didn't know who she was, and someone posted a picture of her saying this is a transgender woman, few of us would doubt it in the least. Melania and Michelle CERTAINLY appear less feminine than this swimsuit model.
(Note: I can't take credit for my observations of the last two first ladies compared to this SI cover model. I stole this observation from right wing talk radio, that the last two first ladies look like men).
Well, now you can find escapism in fantasizing about a trans woman you’ll never have. Or don’t. No one is beating your head while you fantasize but you.
I have not looked at the SI swimsuit deal for years. I was not aware they still did it. For me they are usually way to skinny. Not my cup of tea. But lots of guys like them.

By your definition a woman who is infertile or who does not menstruate is a man.
