if you're outdoors and maintaining a social distance of 6 feet( where that distance actually has some effectiveness, not like indoors where its actually supposed to be at least 20 feet) then you don't need to wear a mask. And that's not even considering that masks aren't very effective to begin with.
Don't be afraid to stand up to some mean spirited ignorant karen that wants to play mask nazi.
oh ya i screamed at one woman used the C word called her all kind of bad names that were verbally abusive as well as following her. after she called me out when I was on the phone too! some have told me in a polite way to wear a mask i just ignore them but if your rude I am going to be rude back.
its dangerous to not mind your own business but these people do not care. do they really think they will get covid by walking past me for a split second if i am not wearing a mask. they dont like that i am not part of their group. they are mad because they assume I dont believe in the covid or the masks.
You should be careful confronting people like that,alot of crazy people in this world..... I wouldnt want them to take out a knife or whatever.... (We dont know what they might do nowadays)

They want everybody to relocate back to cities for dense urban living while the national parks become the playgrounds of the ruling elite and huge agricultural companies take over the farms and rural areas.
BUT.... with Covid and social distancing, will anybody want to live in over crowded cities? Isn't it safer to stay in less populated areas? Can't have it both ways.
It does not happen to me all the time. if i walk down the street usually nobody says anything but if I walk on a bike path or a park or trail they have said things to me. if you lived here for enough time you would have someone say something to you. its happened to me like 7 times but I live here.

Surprisingly, the deaths of older people stayed the same before and after COVID-19. Since COVID-19 mainly affects the elderly, experts expected an increase in the percentage of deaths in older age groups. However, this increase is not seen from the CDC data. In fact, the percentages of deaths among all age groups remain relatively the same.
“The reason we have a higher number of reported COVID-19 deaths among older individuals than younger individuals is simply because every day in the U.S. older individuals die in higher numbers than younger individuals,” Briand said.
Briand also noted that 50,000 to 70,000 deaths are seen both before and after COVID-19, indicating that this number of deaths was normal long before COVID-19 emerged. Therefore, according to Briand, not only has COVID-19 had no effect on the percentage of deaths of older people, but it has also not increased the total number of deaths.
These data analyses suggest that in contrast to most people’s assumptions, the number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has relatively no effect on deaths in the United States....

Sounds like he is the one to worry about, frankly. I guarantee everyone in ear shot thought one of them was crazy, and I don't think it was the woman who asked him to mask.
