Keep it for another 15 years, then go on the Antiques Roadshow and the historians will go bonkers for stuff when the NFL meant something other than woke wussies.

70% of NFL players are black, not that there's anything wrong with that (hat tip to Seinfeld).

Yup. Let’s see who blinks first. The team owners when revenue significantly drops or people who can find 3,865 other things to watch.

Bring it, NFL.

Soon the NFL will wonder where all their fans and revenue disappeared to.
The NFL borrowed a page out of the Dixie Chicks playbook. Do something to alienate 75% of your fan base.

That sure worked out swell for the Dixie Chicks.

NFL to feature social justice messages on end zones in every stadium as Goodell says league will 'not relent'
by Emma Colton, Social Media Manager | September 02, 2020 09:54 AM

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell doubled down on the league's support for Black Lives Matter activism, including featuring social justice messages on end zones.

“The NFL stands with the black community, the players, clubs, and fans,” Goodell said Tuesday. “We will not relent in our work.”

“Confronting recent systemic racism with tangible and productive steps is absolutely essential ... We will redouble our efforts to be catalysts for the urgent and sustainable change that our society and communities so desperately need," he continued.

I wonder if Roger Goodell will address the systemic racism of black players that think Hews control the world

Not holding my breath on that one
Well, the NBA found out the hard way.... Get Woke Go Broke.
Even with the lockdowns, the hunger for sports and every one at home, their TV viewership is down 26% from just last year.

The NFL will be similar.
Look how much they lost from the take a knee campaign.

I honestly think they're counting on a rise in Covid numbers, stay at home orders and people being so bored they just have to turn on the game.

That's a risk and I think it's a mistake.

I wonder if they did any viewer testing on this.
