Stop spreading lies. The warrant was to search her apartment. They had good reason to believe she was heavily involved in her ex's drug deals. They had it from seeing packages moved and from recordings from her ex-boyfriend.
Charged with wanton endangerment like the cop. Interesting. It took months to charge the white cop, but only hours to charge the black dude. I wonder if he will get out on 5K bail as well.
This fact has been reported in every story I’ve heard/read.
As someone who’s been the victim of a break in while I was home I can tell you that I would have done the exact same thing Ms. Taylor’s BF did. If you are kicking my door in and refuse to identify yourself I will have no choice but to assume you are there to cause harm to me and steal my belongings. I will shoot first and deal with the fallout later. If it’s gonna be me or you going down it’s gonna be you if I have any chance at all to fight back.
If Ms. Taylor and her BF were white I believe that they would be receiving a lot more empathy/sympathy from Trump supporters.
The police knocked they also stated that they were the police. Proven.
Only Democrats seek out and try to kill cops. These guys aren’t Trump voters.
You do know we've had some trump supporters shoot cops already trying to blame it on democrats. Right? Unlikely to be the case this time, but your argument that its only left wing folks shooting cops is wrong. And historically its been right wingers shooting the most cops for the last few decades right?

Why would you believe a well known drug dealer who's been associated with a dead body in the trunk of a car over an impartial witness? Obviously, if a neighbor could hear them knock, you don't think a person inside the apartment could? Do you seriously believe this guy is going to tell the truth about anything he did or was involved with?
The boyfriend was not a drug dealer and had no dead body in his car.

That is actually very suspicious in my opinion, naturally if someone is breaking down your door at 2am, most people are going to believe its criminals, and start shooting.
There was a cop who called in to local talk radio, and explained the process of no knock warrants.
The purpose (although obviously it doesn't always work this way) is to catch everyone in the house asleep, and make the arrest while everyone is too groggy to effectively jump out a window or shoot the cops.
I can see the point, but I can see the other side too about how confusing it is for the people inside the house, especially those who are innocent.
But the element of surprise, while the household is asleep is, in theory, to prevent harm to the suspect, family and cops.
