I thought Florida already allowed this, just run at someone with your gun and claim Stand Your Ground.

Well when or if the law is signed the criminals will know it may be a consequence. So break into a store with the knowledge that you have the chance of getting shot. It might make you think twice wouldn't it?

Already a thread on this, but I say good for Florida

And, no, there are no constitutional concerns with such legislation. Anyone claiming otherwise doesn't understand the Constitution.

Highly doubtful. Opportunity overrides the risk. Hopefully the store owners have at least a semi-automatic, because when they rush the stores it's like World War Z.
