No one should have to testify, in court, that they were afraid for their lives in order to pull a trigger. They also have a constitutional right to their property.

Neither does the store owner deserve to lose their property. They have the right to prevent someone else from taking it. If lesser force is not adequate, there should not be an obligation for them to give up their rights and property

You are delusional. You clearly have no idea what an Orwellian dystopia is. Your trope is Lord of the Flies which is anything but orderly oppression.

This could be interesting

I'm a gun owning 2nd Amendment guy, but I'm not so sure of this one
I wonder if it's okay to shoot up the anti-abortion people who make it difficult for women to access Planned Parenthood for birth control (or for abortions or for anything else... since it's none of anyone's business). They're impeding business, after all.

The Second Amendment tends to apply when the state fails. The city governments violated the Constitution when they failed to protect people's civil rights. I agree, people are no supposed to have to shoot "looters". The state is supposed to protect it. The problem is it didn't for months in certain areas. The only function of the state was persecuting people left with no choice but to self defense.

Leftist put criminals/illegals ahead of law abiding, tax paying American citizens. They hate the USA and the people who love the USA.

Considering that someone breaking in may intend to kill someone, like they did to david dorn, i think anyone breaking in somewhere should be shot.
