Why would she sue them when they have her on video being a racist? They don't want racists at their school.
If they are going to brand as "racist" and deny admission to every single person who ever uttered that word, the number of black students at that school is going to drop. This is a fact.
The mainstream media are partners in the Left's Cultural Revolution.
Been that way since the 1960's.

Sociopath? Really? He is a "kid" too in my eyes. I don't know if he intended for her to be dropped from the UT Cheer Squad and the university itself. If he did, he needs to do a bit of soul searching as well.

Why do you think he waited for over two years until she announced her admission into that school to “out” her? What do you suggest he thought would happen when he did what he did?
Moral of the story is don’t engage in behavior that one day may be posted to YouTube.
I strive not to offend and take no offense.
You have no idea what you say today, tomorrow, or whenever, will be offensive to someone.
In this story, the "N-word" is repeated constantly in numerous songs for decades, often as a term of endearment, a greeting, etc, context adding a great weight to its meaning. To deny this is being obtuse.
People want to play hypocrite, have a double, triple standards when it comes to using it, and play "gotcha" with it.
This idiocy peaked when earlier this year or last year, some white girl was invited on stage to sing part of a song by a rap artist, this part had the "n-word" in it, she says it, then gets criticized for it even though it was the damn part of the song. It is beyond absurd now, and it is in fact racism pure and simple; having a different standard based on race.
What's disturbing is the number of white people who are on board with this. I think what's happening is that whites are so afraid that someone somewhere will call them a "racist," that they are now quick and eager to point at others and cry "racist!" They think that engaging in such will take the heat off themselves.

I would bet every single black person has used it, multiple times, and would bet about every black person listens to music that repeatedly says this, so you are basically advocating black people not attend higher education?
You have to either lived in a cave or be obtuse to not know the "n-word" has numerous meanings based on context, have you ever watched any movies, listened to any music by black people?
She sues them because it is a gov entity punishing her for speech, violation of the First Amendment.
Plus, she was 15 when it was done, I bet you are probably one of those who harps on "it was just a kid" when some other offense, crime is done, and that it should not stay with them forever.
Your posting history probably will reveal your hypocrisy.
This boy Jimmy strikes me as an effete little hater who had it out for this girl through high school. She was a pretty blonde cheerleader and he was a biracial boy with some sexual confusion. She said “I can drive, n****s” after getting her license. For this grave offense he held the 3-second video clip for over TWO YEARS, waiting for his big moment. That’s the behavior of a very angry and messed-up young man.
The University of Tennessee reacted in a most typically woke fashion: get themselves away from the girl as quickly as possible. Imagine that. An institute of higher learning didn’t feel like turning this into a teachable moment.
This young man will get his some day. Oh yes he will.
And so will you. Oh yes you will.
What exactly is wrong with being sexually confused or biracial. It’s not exactly in the same league as calling people ******s. If he were to posted on Facebook that he was sexually confused, and you feel personally hurt by that admission, forward that to his college choice and stand back while nothing happens.
